Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd has informed that in the Board Meeting held on August 31, 2008 to consider preferential issue of shares / warrants / Partly Convertible Debentures / Fully Convertible Debentures, the Board has decided not to make preferential issue of shares / warrants / partly convertible debentures / fully convertible debentures now.
