Choksh Infotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2008, has considered the acquisition / merger opportunity of US $3 Million Company and decided to give the valuation exercise to the independent Auditors. The Board will meet the promoters of the acquiring company on receipt of the valuation and agreement of consideration.
In view of the possibility of the said acquisition the Board also decided to extend the AGM date beyond the September and also seek the necessary permission from the relevant authorities for the same.
