Cinerad Communications Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Abhineet Gupta as Managing Director of the Company pursuant to section 269, 198, 309 & other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 1956, w.e.f. August 30, 2008.
