Master Trust Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2008, inter alia, has pursuant to Section 192A(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballet) Rules, 2001 has decided and approved to change the registered office of the Company at Master Chambers 19, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana 141001(PB), for which the separate notice of passing the resolution through Postal Ballot is being sent to the Shareholders / members.
