Shree Bhawani Paper Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2008, has considered and approved appointment of Shri. Murari Lal Jalan and Brig. (Retd) Shri Rajeev Lochan Singh as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from June 21, 2008.
