TRF Ltd has informed that at the Forty-fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company held on June 21, 2008, have approved payment of Dividend at the rate of One hundred percent on its equity share capital for the financial year 2007-08 as recommended by the Board of Directors.
