The board of Kaiser Press has appointed Rajendra Vaze, Thakor Prajapati and Anand Shinde as the additional directors of the company and accepted the resignation of Sampada Patwardhan as the director of the company.
These transactions took place at the board meeting held on 16 June 2008.
