Xo Infotech Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 21, 2008, has been decided to raise funds to the tune of Rs 15 Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) by offering, issuing and allotting Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis.
