Kerala Ayurveda Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. J H Mehta, as Additional Director of the Company.
2. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Sonjoy Mohanty, Managing Director & CEO of the Company who tendered resignation on personal grounds.
3. The Board has resolved to delegate the powers of Managing Director for the day-to-day operations of the Company to Dr. K Anilkumar, Executive Director of the Company.
