KEC International Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 27, 2008, all the business mentioned in the Notice convening the said meeting on June 27, 2008 were transacted and all the resolutions including declaration of dividend at Rs 5.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each were passed unanimously. ,
