B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has approved the proposal for merger B2B Enterprise Solutions Ltd with B2B Software Technologies Ltd and the board authorized Mrs. P Samantha Reddy, Managing Director to take necessary steps for the merger.
