A meeting of the board of Simplex Infrastructures will be held on 30 June 2008 to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31 March 2008 and to consider and approve annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
