Marsons Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, have increased the nominal capital of the Company from Rs 15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores) to Rs 18,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores only) by creation of further 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each ranking pari passu with the existing shares in all respect and consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
