K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, has took note of resignation of Mr. Rajesh Pavithran as the Managing Director of the Company.
Mr. Rajesh Pavithran will act as the Managing Director of the Company till February 28, 2008 and shall vacate his office on that date.
The Boards has approved the same.
