RDB Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, has decided to empower the Company for entering into any Scheme of Amalgamation or Arrangement for merger, de-merger, hiving off or other forms of corporate restructuring with any other Company, body corporate, firm or legal person etc. and to make necessary alteration in the Incidental or Ancillary Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
