Emgee Cables & Communications Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2008, inter alia, has approved the process of Postal Ballot for reissue / sale of forfeited 5,12,300 equity shares to promoters and persons other than promoters.
Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Shripal Choudhari, Managing Director for all proceedings in relation to Postal Ballot. The Board has appointed Mr. Manoj Maheshwari, Practising Company Secretary, Jaipur as Scrutinizer for Postal Ballot Proceedings.
Further, the Result of Postal Ballot Proceedings will be declared on March 12, 2008.
