Bell Ceramics Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 15, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the Board to mortgage and / or charge the movable fixed assets of the Electrical sub-station at the Hoskote (Karnataka) Plant of the Company:
A. On Exclusive charge basis in favour of:
i. Yes Bank Ltd, New Delhi for the Medium Term Loan assistance of Rs 300 lacs (Rupees three hundred lacs only) financed to install new Electrical Sub-station at the Hoskote (Karnataka) plant of the Company.
together with interest, commission, costs, charges, expenses and any other money payable by the Company to the Banks as above towards the financial assistance granted / to be granted by them to the Company.
