Contech Software - Outcome Of AGM

Contech Software Ltd has informed that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors Report & Auditors Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Vikram Singh Gahlot as a Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s. Shah Mohnot Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2007-08, on remuneration, terms & conditions.

4. Appointment of Mr. Sunil Sanasaria & Mr. Arun Tulsian as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
