Khaitan Weaving Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Board has decided that Right Issue will he open on December 28, 2007 and will close onJanuary 28, 2008.
2. Board has decided to open requisite accounts for the proposed right issue with HDFC Bank Ltd.
