Pidilite Industries - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Pidilite Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2007 has approved issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) upto USD 50 Million, in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of the Members in the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 29, 2007 and such other requisite approvals and permissions, as may be necessary.
