Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, have decided the following:
1. The Chairman of the Board Shri. Harshad N Bhuta has resigned from Chairmanship. However, he shall continue to be a non-executive director on the Board. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation from the Chairmanship.
2. Shri. Uttam N Bhuta currently the Managing Director of the Company has been appointed as Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) with immediate effect, by the Board of Directors.
