VSNL - Outcome Of AGM

Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has informed that the shareholders at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 02, 2007, have been approved all the resolutions proposed at the AGM without modifications by the Shareholders.
