Ratnamani Metals - Board Meeting Rescheduled

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on June 18, 2007 for approving the Audited Annual Accounts and for the consideration of dividend to the Shareholders for the financial year 2006-07. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now postponed and rescheduled on June 21, 2007.
