K Sera Sera - Outcome Of Board Meeting

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following business:1. Discussed and approved the expansion plan of the Company. In order to meet the expansion plans the board discussed various avenues available for raising funds up to US $ 50 Million and subsequently passed an enabling resolution for the aforesaid programme, the same being subject to approval of Members of the Company and statutory authorities.2. Increase in Authorised capital of the Company subject to members approval from current Rs 50 Crores to Rs 100 Crores. 3. Took on record the resignation of Mr. A P Naidu from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. April 27, 2007.
