Jindal South West Holdings Ltd has informed that the members at the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, have approved the following:1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date, together with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.2. Re-appointment of Dr. S K Gupta as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.3. Appointment of M/s. Shah Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
