Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. 230000 equity shares were allotted to M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.2. As per Clause 3(i) of the Open Offer made by M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd, M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd, will join with the present promoter and they will be included under the Promoter Group of the Company.
