AMD Metplast - Outcome Of Board Meeting

AMD Metplast Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, has decided to defer their decision regarding adoption of Annual accounts pending decision on dividend payout and certain other agenda related matters.Accordingly a fresh date for Board meeting will be decided later on for the adoption of Annual accounts of the Company and for deciding the date, time, venue for holding the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company and other AGM agenda related matters.
