Ace India - Outcome of Board Meeting

Ace India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, has noted, approved & resolved the following:1. Noted the sad demise of Shri. Anil K Arora, Chartered Accountant, Proprietor of M/s. A Kathpalia & Co., Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company, on June 01, 2007.2. Appointment of M/s. G P and Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, as the Auditors of the Company, to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the sad demise of Shri. Anil K Arora, Chartered Accountant, and to hold the office of the Auditors until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, for adoption of the Audited quarterly / yearly results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007.
