TTK Prestige - Outcome of Board Meeting

TTK Prestige Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, has taken a decision to obtain the consent of the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot Process for providing Security to the Banks / Financial institutions in connection with the loan made by them to the Developer of the Companys landed property.
