GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Committee of the Board (CoD) will be held on June 18, 2007, to consider allotment of 36,205 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, in terms of the Offer Document of GTL Ltd and Scheme of Arrangement & Reconstruction approved by the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, consequent upon the exercise of right to convert FCCBs worth Swiss Francs (SFr.) 9,708.70.
