KND Engineering - Outcome Of Board Meeting

KND Engineering Technologies Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007 has decided to publish the Audited accounts within June 30, 2007.Further as per discussion over the period with the Trustees of the Entire Series of Debenture Holders the Board has decided to call the General Meeting of the Entire Series of the Debentures Holders for one time settlement on May 25, 2007.
