Sam Industries - Outcome Of EGM

Sam Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 05, 2007, inter alia, have accorded Appointment of Messrs. M Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants, Indore as statutory auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Messrs. J M Trivedi & Associates, Mumbai and to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
