Panchsheel Organics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2007, has approved the proposal for amendment of the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association to generate, develop, accumulate, distribute, transmit, supply and / or otherwise deal in any kind of power or electricity energy, wind energy, etc., subject to the approval of the shareholders by a Special Resolution as per the provisions of the Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956. The consent of the members by Special Resolution is required to be obtained by means of a Postal Ballot.
