Diana Tea Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, has accorded to the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Singhania as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. August 27, 2007, on terms & conditions.
