VIP Industries Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2007, has been postponed to June 04, 2007.The Board in the meeting now scheduled to be held on June 04, 2007, inter alia, will consider the following:1. Approval of audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.2. Recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-2007 to the shareholders, if any.3. Proposal of Amalgamation of Aristocrat Luggage Ltd and Quality Plastics Ltd with the Company.
