Apcotex Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2007, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Shri. S K Lahiri as whole-time Director of the Company, who will be designated as Director & CEO, with effect from June 04, 2007, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting.Shri. S K Lahiri was appointed as Director and CEO of the Company at the Board meeting held on June 04, 2002, which was approved by the members at the general meeting held on July 27, 2002.2. Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on July 27, 2007.Further the Company has informed that, the Board also considered the Dividend and decided not to recommend Dividend for the financial year 2006-07 in view of inadequacy of the profit.
