Northgate Technologies - Outcome Of Compensation Committee Meeting

Northgate Technologies Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2007, has allotted 3,900 Equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each on exercise of stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Option Plan 2005.In view of the above, the paid-up Capital of the Company is increased to 1,65,14,295equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each fully-paid.
