Strides Arcolab - EGM On May 09, 2007

Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on May 09, 2007, have accorded to the following: To create, offer, issue, allot and deliver in one or more tranches upto 5,600,000 warrants on a preferential basis to Promoters / Promoter Group / their Associates entitling the holder of each warrant to apply for and obtain allotment of one equity share against each warrant (Warrants), in such manner and on such price, terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board in accordance with the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (SEBI DIP Guidelines) or other provisions of law as may be prevailing at the time; provided that the price inclusive of premium of the Warrant so issued shall not be less than the minimum price arrived at in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XIII of the SEBI DIP guidelines, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
