Richa Knits Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2007, inter alia, has discussed and approved the passing of the following resolutions through Postal Ballot:1. Change of location of the plant from Village Maseet Tapukara, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan to Village Kanwara, Kheri Jasana Road, Faridabad, Haryana.2. Increase in the borrowing powers of the Company upto Rs 300 crore pursuant to section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956.3. Sale of Companys units located at DLF Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana pursuant to section 293(1)(a), Companies Act, 1956.
