Pudumjee Agro - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Pudumjee Agro Industries Ltd has informed that Mr. Shyam Mahabirprasad Jatia whose current term of office as Managing Director of the Company will be expiring on March 31, 2007 has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further period of five years with effect from April 01, 2007 by Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007. Further the Company has informed that, the said re-appointment is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing General meeting of the Company.
