Biocon Board Recommends Dividend

Biocon Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend for the year (subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company) of Rs 3 per Equity shares of Rs 5 each (60%).
