Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 243100 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme to the eligible Employees of the Company as per the ESOS Guidelines.
