Sumeet Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. The Board of Directors has decided to make Preferential Allotment of Shares to relatives and associates of promoters and / or Strategic Investors @ Rs 20/- per shares or price that may be decided as per SEBI Guidelines which ever is higher.2. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on June 04, 2007.3. Capitalization of profit of Rs 1,83,16,300 by Allotment of Bonus Shares @ 1:10.
