Shreyas Intermediates Ltd has informed that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on March 31, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended September 30, 2006 and the Balance Sheet as at that and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.2. Re-appointment of Prof. (Mrs.) Neelam Arora, as a Director of the Company.3. Re-appointment of Messrs. Sayed Khan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007 to hold office from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
