Ajanta Pharma Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 & recommending dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
