K C Bokadia - Outcome Of EGM

K C Bokadia Films Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 16, 2007, have resolved to change the name of the Company from K C Bokadia Films Ltd to Asian Films Production and Distribution Ltd, subject to approval of the Central Government in accordance with section 21 of the Company Act, 1956, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
