Primeast Investments - Outcome of EGM

Primeast Investments Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 02, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Change of name of the Company from Primeast Investments Ltd to Raffles Corporation Ltd, or such other name as may be made available by the Registrars of Companies, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.Further, pursuant to provisions of Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956, subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, the name of the Company be changed from PrimeastInvestments Ltd to Thakral Services (India) Ltd2. Authority to commence any of all business(es) mentioned in sub-clauses (2), (8) and (10) of the Clause III(C) - Other Objects of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, as amended from time to time, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
