Khator Fibre - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Khator Fibre & Fabrics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Satyanarayan Khator due to death as Director of the Company.
