Isibars Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:1. To take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 and December 31, 2006 respectively.2. To approve the Companys revised Audited Final Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.3. To consider preferential allotment of shares as per the Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme.
