Pratik Panels Ltd has informed that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, have passed a Special Resolution for delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Ltd and The Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad.
